INFINITUS was founded by Stella Ho and Jerry Lee in 2018, operating under two companies with a shared vision to provide comprehensive Management, Advisory, Accounting, and Taxation services.
Over the years, INFINITUS has established a strong presence across the Central Region of Malaysia, serving primarily SME and SMI clients.
Beyond small and medium enterprises, INFINITUS also partners with corporate clients from diverse industries, delivering professional, value-driven solutions that support sustainable growth and business excellence.

Ms. Stella Ho, is an accomplished finance professional and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience spanning audit, restructuring, corporate governance, and SME advisory. She combines strong technical accounting expertise and compliance and technical expertise in Companies Act 2016 Malaysia with practical insight into business operations and governance. Her journey began with one of the Big Four accounting firms in Kuala Lumpur, followed by five years in Singapore, where she gained extensive cross-industry experience.
In 2017, she returned to Malaysia and joined the restructuring division of a leading accounting firm before founding INFINITUS Management & Advisory Sdn. Bhd. in 2018 — a foresight to serve SMEs in Malaysia for many possibilities.
At INFINITUS Management & Advisory, Stella leads a multidisciplinary team providing end-to-end advisory services to SMEs. She specialises in recognising the need of SMEs Businesses in different stages over its complex business and organisation environment and compliance frameworks for businesses.
Stella has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee in an Ace Market Listed Company, overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management. Her contributions help ensure transparency, accountability, and integrity across the company’s governance structure.
As Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee at PeterLabs Holdings, Ms. Ho oversees financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management. She attended all 16 Board Meetings during the financial year ended 30 June 2025, reflecting her strong commitment and diligence.
Ms. Ho has no family relationships with any directors or major shareholders of the company, has no conflicts of interest, and has not been subject to any convictions or public sanctions within the past five years.
Ms. Stella Ho is recognised for her analytical acumen and pragmatic leadership. Her dual role as an entrepreneur and independent director enables her to bridge strategic oversight with real-world business challenges. She continues to champion SME empowerment through sound financial stewardship and ethical governance.
Jerry Lee is a well experienced Tax Advisor, including more than a decade at a Big Four firm and close to three years in corporate (one of the largest developer in Malaysia). He specialises in tax compliance and tax controversy, covering investigations, audits, capital statements, PCB/perquisites and penalty mitigation.
Jerry is known for his passion over managing his clients tax affairs that aligns compliance with day-to-day business realities. He has negotiated substantial reductions in proposed assessments, strengthened clients’ expense-claim and payroll-tax controls, and delivered practical training to SMEs and professional bodies.
Jerry’s work blends technical rigour with clear communication—helping finance teams understand the “why” behind decisions and equipping them to manage risk effectively.
